Fee Payments and refunds

• All rates are in US Dollars

• You can book your spot by paying $80 now. If all seats fill up before you pay the full amount, we will refund this booking amount to you 

• Any payment to us is non-refundable 2 months before the start of the event

• In case after the deadline you need to cancel for any reason we can transfer the booking to another artist or you have the option of using this amount for a future event

​Cancellation of event

• Tour is subject to change of dates in case of unforeseen issues. In such case deposit is transferred to the new dates. If participant chooses to not attend at the alternate date, the deposit will be refunded

• If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, full refund of deposit is paid back​

 

Food, Drink, Accomodation & Travel

• All meals are well catered and will reflect world-famous Indian cuisines. Any wine or drinks other than served at the meals will be chargeable on extras

• We collect all information on food-preferences, dietary restrictions and allergies in our google form that you fill at registrationafter booking is confirmed. Kindly give us all the information accurately so we can plan better for you.

• All hotels will be chosen with care. Travel Sketch Love holds the right to change the hotels if needed but we assure you that they will be the same standards.

• Airfares are not covered from your city/country of residence but we can help you plan and book.

Art Instructor & Art Supplies

• If the instructor is unable to come due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to either replace the instructor with an equivalent teacher or we will be not charging or reimbursing the instructor fee.

• All guests must be able to carry their own art supplies to and from painting sites and vehicles. We always try to park as close to the painting locations as possible.

• We recommend travelling light and do not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or any charges for excess baggage. For help with what to carry please go through our FAQs page and/or get in touch at travelsketchlove@gmail.com

 

Medical & Travel Insurance

• Travelers should have a personal supply of any special medications, and for emergency purposes, we request guests to advise us of medical conditions and medications needed via the google form filled at registration. Any physical disability requiring special attention must be disclosed in full when the reservation is made.

• All participants are required to get their travel insurance done at time of bookings. We recommend insuring against the travel costs in the unlikely situation of the workshop being cancelled.

Misc.

• Use of images, photographs and videos taken by the organizers during the trip are the property of Travel Sketch Love and may be used in digital and printed promotional materials. if you have any objections to the same, we need to be informed before the start of the tour.

• All participants of the workshop as well as accompanying guests must be atleast 18 years of age

• Travel Sketch Love is not responsible for Acts of God or acts of war/terrorism, health epidemics, or pandemics, and the customer agrees to hold harmless Travel Sketch Love for any accident or injury resulting from the same, or as a result of any force majeure. Travel Sketch Love is also not responsible for any medical conditions arising on the trip and is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequential damages or injury that may result from the trip.
